Her books are brimming with passion, drama, and all the feels, as her characters navigate deep desire, healing, and everything in between. Known for heart-racing romances with a side of spice and plenty of plot twists, Monique invites readers to step into her worlds of urban/street lit, paranormal, and fantasy.

She has been telling stories since childhood, starting with her first published book written alongside her elementary school class. From scribbling urban romances in spiral notebooks to penning fan fiction online, Monique’s storytelling journey has been lifelong. Now, she is dedicated to centering Black romance on every page. For Monique, writing is a way to connect with herself, her experiences, and the love she knows her community deserves.
